The Extraordinaire is the annual publication of the Hult Prize, St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, conceived as a platform to inspire, inform, and ignite action. Each edition of The Extraordinaire offers a carefully curated blend of insightful articles, exclusive interviews, analytical essays, and creative features, along with a behind-the-scenes look at the diverse initiatives undertaken by the Hult Prize team throughout the year.
Building upon that foundation, the second edition (2025) expanded our global outlook, presenting thought-provoking interviews with Shivshankar Menon (Former Foreign Secretary of India), Devdutt Pattanaik (Renowned Mythologist and Author), and Jeroo Billimoria (Social Entrepreneur and Founder of multiple global initiatives), among others. These conversations examined the complexities of governance, culture, and social transformation in an increasingly interconnected world.
Through every page, The Extraordinaire seeks to celebrate those who embody the essence of the Hult Prize movement, visionaries who dare to think differently, act decisively, and build sustainably. More than a publication, it stands as a testament to the boundless creativity and commitment of young changemakers striving to make the world a better place.
