Exhult is the flagship, fresher-exclusive entrepreneurial engagement initiative of the Hult Prize at St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, designed to introduce first-year students to innovation, leadership, and competitive thinking. Curated as a multi-day experiential event, Exhult blends workshops, keynote sessions, and hands-on competitive rounds covering domains such as business strategy, finance, marketing, communication, and social entrepreneurship. Participants progress through engaging stages, including quizzes, debates, auctions, and business pitches, testing creativity, analytical ability, and teamwork. Hosted across different campuses and editions, Exhult brings together students, faculty, and ecosystem partners to create an environment of learning and collaboration.
