OnCampus 2026
The OnCampus Program 2026 at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata marked the initial stage of one of the world's largest student startup competitions. The initiative aimed to empower students to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to pressing global challenges through social entrepreneurship aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The program witnessed an overwhelming response, with 159 teams registering to participate. Throughout the process, participants received mentorship from industry leaders, experienced entrepreneurs, and academicians who guided them in refining their concepts and strengthening their business models.
Finalists were also provided with practical industry exposure through a factory visit, allowing them to gain real world insights into production processes and operational systems. At the culmination of the OnCampus Program 2026, Project Aavartan emerged as the Winner. Recarbonix secured the position of 1st Runner-Up, while Blueguard was declared the 2nd Runner-Up. These teams demonstrated exceptional innovation, feasibility, and an impact-driven vision.
